At The Plonk Studio, we take pride in the quality of our work and the value we provide to our clients. Since our services are creative, time-based, and tailored to each project, refunds are generally limited. This policy explains how refunds are handled in different situations.

1. General Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7–14 business days.

2. Deposits & Advance Payments

  • Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable, as they secure time, resources, and scheduling for your project.

3. Service-Based Work

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started, a partial refund (minus processing and administrative costs) may be considered.

  • After Work Has Begun: Once work has started, refunds will not be issued. Instead, we will make every effort to complete the project to your satisfaction.

  • Completed Projects: No refunds will be provided once final deliverables have been approved and delivered.

4. Digital Products (if applicable)

  • All digital product sales (such as templates, downloads, or design files) are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

5. Quality Concerns & Revisions

  • If you are unhappy with the quality of the work, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide revisions in line with the agreed project scope to address your concerns.

  • Refunds will only be considered if we cannot reasonably deliver the agreed scope of work.

6. Cancellations by The Plonk Studio

  • If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a prorated refund for the portion of work not completed.
