At The Plonk Studio, we take pride in the quality of our work and the value we provide to our clients. Since our services are creative, time-based, and tailored to each project, refunds are generally limited. This policy explains how refunds are handled in different situations.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7–14 business days.
2. Deposits & Advance Payments

Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable, as they secure time, resources, and scheduling for your project.
3. Service-Based Work

Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started, a partial refund (minus processing and administrative costs) may be considered.

After Work Has Begun: Once work has started, refunds will not be issued. Instead, we will make every effort to complete the project to your satisfaction.

Completed Projects: No refunds will be provided once final deliverables have been approved and delivered.
4. Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital product sales (such as templates, downloads, or design files) are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
5. Quality Concerns & Revisions

If you are unhappy with the quality of the work, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide revisions in line with the agreed project scope to address your concerns.

Refunds will only be considered if we cannot reasonably deliver the agreed scope of work.
6. Cancellations by The Plonk Studio

If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a prorated refund for the portion of work not completed.
